2. Safe Packaging Required
Please ensure all items are securely packaged before sending them back. BlackSoldier Designs is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
3. Tracked Shipping Only
All returns must be sent via a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Packages received without tracking information will not be processed or acknowledged.
4. Warranty Void Conditions
BlackSoldier Designs reserves the right to void this warranty on any item that shows evidence of unauthorized modification, misuse, accidental damage, or wear beyond what is considered normal — as assessed by our jewelry specialists.
