30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Shop with confidence.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at BlackSoldier Designs. That’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any unused item in its original condition, provided you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Authorization Required
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. 30-Day Window
All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your original order.
3. Original Condition
Items must be returned without scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or altered in any way.
4. Tracked Shipping Required
All returns and exchanges must be sent via a shipping method with tracking. Packages without tracking will not be processed.
5. Promotional Gifts
Any promotional gifts received with your order must be included in the return. If not included, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
⚠️ Important: Do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will delay the processing of your return. Please contact us first to receive the correct return address.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
1. Final Sale Items
Not eligible for refund, exchange, or resize.
2. “Design Your Own” Items
Stone color, metal type, chain length, and other personal customizations are non-refundable. A 35% restocking fee applies for exchanges.
3. Personalized Items
Items with custom engravings or photos (rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) are non-refundable. A 35% restocking fee applies for exchanges.
4. Special Order Items
Items with custom sizes (those with an additional $20 charge) or custom colors are non-refundable. A 35% restocking fee applies for exchanges.
5. Worn or Altered Items
Items without a jewelry tag, or that have been worn, damaged, or altered, are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
6. Replacement or Exchange Items
Items previously sent as a replacement or exchange are not eligible for further refund.
35% Restocking Fee Items
A 35% restocking fee will be charged for the return or exchange of the following:
1. Items customized with 10K white gold, rose gold, or yellow gold
2. Items customized with 14K white gold, rose gold, or yellow gold
3. Items customized with 18K white gold, rose gold, or yellow gold
4. Items customized with moissanite stones
5. Returning 3 or more items from the same order — a 35% restocking fee applies per item
Refunds
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Please note:
- To receive a refund to your original payment method, you must first contact a BlackSoldier Designs representative for authorization.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Even if you received free or discounted shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred will not be reimbursed.
Return Shipping Reimbursement
BlackSoldier Designs will reimburse $10 in store credit toward return shipping in the following cases:
1. You received the wrong item
2. The item arrived broken, defective, or with an incorrect engraving
